I’d personally go with a professional for this one, particularly if it’s a large and expensive TV. I tried doing a similar project myself a few years ago and spent more time measuring, re-measuring and worrying about whether the anchors were actually suitable than I would have spent just hiring someone. With a concrete wall, the right tools and mounting hardware matter quite a bit, and getting the position right from the beginning saves a lot of headaches later. They specifically deal with TV mounting, so I’d contact them and explain the wall type, TV size and bracket you have. They should be able to tell you what would work best.
